Who better to assess a company than its own employees?
With that simple ask, Levi Strauss & Co. was named one of “America’s Best Employers” by Forbes today. The list was compiled based on feedback they received from the 30,000 American employees polled. Those employees, 84 percent of them full-timers, were simply asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own companies on a scale of 0 to 10.
The top 300 employers – representing 25 different industries – were highlighted based on the results. LS&Co. was named among the best mid-sized employers. This is the first year that LS&Co. has made the Forbes list. This comes hot on the heels of our recent recognition from Business of Fashion where we were named one of the “Best Companies to Work For In Fashion” for 2017.
