At Levi Strauss & Co., we’re working hard to make our workplace a destination for world-class talent. That’s why we launched RISE in 2020, a development program focusing on women and supporting their growth within the company.
RISE is not just another leadership program; it’s a transformative experience that equips participants with the tools to craft a clear career vision, underpinned by self-awareness, confidence and authenticity. The impact of this initiative has been incredible, as more than 100 women from LS&Co.’s European, Asia Pacific, Middle East and African markets have already graduated from the program.
Now, we’re taking RISE to the next level. Next month we will proudly welcome our first global cohort for our new Rise@Strauss program, which employees of all genders can participate in.
