One of the most exciting ways we’ve brought this commitment to life is through initiatives such as our Development Days Program – two weeks of dedicated learning events and curated resources that aid in enabling our culture of continuous learning and development.
LS&Co. employees’ commitment to their development
For Development Day this year, over 1,500 employees across the globe participated and joined at least one live session. This cumulatively resulted in over 2,100 hours of learning over the course of the two-week event.
Insights from the program
The most attended course from the first week was Personal Branding, where LS&Co. employees had the opportunity to identify and explore their strengths and weaknesses that could aid in the development of their personal brand. During the second week, employees dove into sessions around ways to build their digital muscle.
Other fan favorites included courses and sessions on ways our employee’s careers can become more expansive and accessible, exploring design thinking and career insights from senior talent across our company.
